B-1/B-2 Extension Data Sheet

Documents you will need to collect before you receive the B-2 Extension Packet

·          Copy of Form I-94 (front and back) for you, your spouse, and children (if applicable)

·          Copies of all Passport Pages (exclude blank pages)

·          Bank Statement to prove sufficient funds for period of extended stay

·          Explanation of: (1) what you told the Consul as to why you needed a B-2 visa; (2) what you are doing in the United States; and (3) why you

            need an Extension of Stay. Include a copy of the letter submitted to the Consulate, if possible.

·          Check or Money Order payable to the “Immigration and Naturalization Service” in the amount of $140.00 (one-hundred forty)

·          Copy of Round-trip Ticket
