The fourth preference employment-based category governs certain overseas employees of the United States Government; certain former employees of the Panama Canal Company; certain retired employees of international organizations; certain members of the United States Armed Forces; and certain dependents of international organization employees. Additionally, this category encompasses religious workers which will be discussed in immigration religious workers (SD).
